Acuity, Inc., a Georgia certified woman-owned and operated enterprise based in Decatur, Georgia. Founded in 1991, the company began as a graphic design firm and has evolved into a marketing, advertising and creative agency that provides a wide array of services including branding campaigns, web site development, direct marketing, and media planning and placement. The Acuity team has more than 60 years of combined experience in developing effective communication materials for clients in a wide range of industries, including corporate business, education, hospitality, technology and telecommunications.

Founded by Gail Tassell, President/CEO, as Better Business Communications (BBC), the firm has experienced exceptional growth. As part of its 10-year anniversary in 2001, the company re-branded, changing its name to Acuity, Inc., to fit the type of agency it had become, going from a small graphic design business to a full-service creative firm serving clients such as Iron Mountain, SunTrust, Avaya, Georgia Lottery Corporation, Delta Air Lines, Lucent Technologies and the Georgia Women's Business Council.

The Acuity team is experienced not only in the graphic design, advertising and interactive sectors, but individually, they are true artists at heart, each with a talent for creating quality artwork including paintings, photos, and sculptures. Their knowledge of various art mediums transcends the average designer's knowledge of how to use a computer to create a design, adding a special touch to their client-based work - in turn, making it richer and more appealing.
