Gail R. Tassell
President/CEO

Gail Tassell is the sole principal and founder of Acuity, Inc. She has grown her business and has been consistently ranked as one of Georgia's top advertising agencies in the Atlanta Business Chronicle Book of Lists. Her extensive background and expertise in communications, advertising and graphic design fully supports her executive duties at Acuity. She oversees all aspects of the company's operations.

Her business and community accomplishments include the following:

• SunTrust Banks, Inc. Orlando, Florida – Developed and implemented guidelines for educational manuals and technology materials. In addition, she created all the corporate presentations for the bank's top executives.
• SunTrust's Information Technology division in Atlanta, Georgia – As consultant and graphic designer provided marketing communications support and guidance to SunTrust Bank's corporate offices in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee, as well as to their service providers. Also assisted in the selection of computer hardware and software, beta tested numerous software applications and provided support for merger transactions.
• Hosea Williams Feed the Hungry -nonprofit – Gail is an Atlanta community leader and volunteers her time and marketing support.
• Georgia Women's Business Council – In 2003, honored at the Women's Business Enterprise National Council's "Salute to Women Business Enterprises."
• Developed "Laughs for Life," a fundraising event for the Atlanta 2-Day Walk for Breast Cancer.
• Stand-up Comedienne – local Atlanta comedy venues. Her performances gained the attention of national media and she has been featured in USA Today, Atlanta Business Chronicle, and Atlanta Journal Constitution and on WOR News Radio in New York City.
• USA Today – featured as a member of the panel of business experts who contributed to a weekly article dedicated to the first season of NBC's hit show, "The Apprentice."
• NBC's Today and The Jane Pauley show guest appearances

Gail speaks a numerous seminars and conferences; most recently on the fundamentals of success where she shares her definition of success, her journey towards achieving success and her strategy for building upon already achieved success. Gail is known for her informative and entertaining presentation style.

Gail completed the Executive Program at The Guizot Business School at Emory University. She graduated from Kutztown University, Pennsylvania, in 1985 with a bachelor of fine arts in communication design.
